Possible cause
The filter collapses during
brewing.
The valve under the filter holder
does not open.
Too much coffee powder in the
filter.
The appliance needs to be
descaled.
Blooming is switched on.
Power supply interrupted.

not dispose of this appliance and its pack-
aging as unsorted domestic waste; instead,
return it to a designated collection point for the
recycling of end-of-life electrical and electronic
equipment. In this way, you can contribute to
the protection of resources and the environ-

Remedy
Slightly press the filter against the
sides of the filter holder.
Place the jug at the centre under
the filter holder.
Only use the original jug with
closed lid.
Reduce the amount of coffee
powder.
Descale the appliance; see sec-
tion "Descaling".
Turn the button to set the required
number of cups and press the
button again.
Connect the appliance to a socket
with the right voltage and power
rating (see type plate at the
bottom of the machine). Check
the fuse.
