Cause
No mains power supply. Check if the current is
Transformer defect.
Short circuit in motor.
Unidentified malfunction.
Power failure.
The batteries in the
remote control are
(almost) depleted.
The child lock is on.
The receiver is not able
to pick up the signal of
the handset. The signal
may fail to reach the
receiver if the handset is
at a substantial distance.
Ruptured wire in cable.
Search
switched on at the
mains power supply, or
whether another
appliance has caused a
short circuit.
Unplug motors one by
one until the system
functions again.
All other domestic
electrical appliances
also fail to work.
Press one of the buttons
of the remote control.
The red light blinks.
Check if the system
works by operating the
remote control directly
next to the receiver.
Check if the receiver
has been fixed properly.
Check cable at strain
relieve.
Solution
Throw earth leakage
circuit breaker if
necessary.
Replace.
Replace faulty motor.
Remove the plug from
the wall socket and wait
10 seconds before
replacing and/or remove
the batteries from the
remote control for one
minute.
Remote control with
cable: engage
emergency horizontal
adjuster. The RF
receiver has an
emergency lowering.

Replace batteries.
Press the red lock button
on the back side of the
remote control. Now the
green light blinks.
Relocate the receiver or
repeat the connecting
process.
Replace.
