2. Remove the protective tube D
from the cord guide E and slide
the tube off the cord (see fig. 7).
3. Tie a knot in the end of the cord.
4. Pull on the cord at the other side
of the bed.
5. Untie the knot.
6. Pull the cord through the
protective tube (first through the
eye, then through the tube).
7. Hook and pull the protective
tube over the cord guide.
8. Push the cord through the
smaller hole in the ball.
9. Tie a knot in the end of the cord.
10. Pull the control ball over the
knot.
5. Malfunctions
Undesirable noises (bed squeaks
and creaks)
Unwanted noises are usually caused
by moving parts touching each other.

The reason for this may be a missing
part, or parts that have not been
tightened up properly or have
become loose when the bed was
moved.
Check that:
- the bed is properly horizontal;
- the bed is positioned away from the
wall;
- there are no unwanted objects in
the bed that should not be there
(spoons, forks, pens, etc.).
Important! A malfunctioning gas
spring may cause the back section
to come up automatically without
remaining in a fixed position. Before
consulting your dealer, please make
sure that the operating cord and
cord guide can move freely and are
not trapped between parts of the
bed or mesh base.
