Disconnect power supply before cleaning or maintenance.
Cleaning Your Indoor Unit:
Use only soft, dry cloths to wipe the unit clean. If unit is extremely dirty, use a cloth soaked in warm water.
Do not use chemicals or solvents to clean the unit.
Do not use water hotter than 104° F as it may cause discoloration or deforming of the panel.
Cleaning The Air Filter:
A dirty or clogged air conditioner can decrease the cooling efficiency of your unit. It is recommended to clean
your air filters every 2 weeks or 200 hours of use.
Disconnect unit from power source(turn off breaker) prior to opening from cover to access pads. Lift up front
panel from lower corners to swing cover up. Fig. 3
Gently remove air filters from indoor unit.
Clean filters with warm soapy water.
Use a mild detergent.
Rinse with fresh water, dry completely.
Replace filters and close cover.
