Prior to commissioning
Notice:
The IntelliDose must only be mounted to
the machines by qualified service techni-
cians.
• Open the flap.
• Insert the concentrate bag.
The bag must latch in place
• Close the flap.
• Press and hold the ON/OFF button
for 2 sec.
The system is filled.
Recommended products
Attention:
Wear gloves, goggles and appropriate
(protective) working clothes when han-
dling chemical products!
Notice:
Use chemical products recommended by
Diversey only and always observe the
product information.
Caution:
Using unsuitable products (e.g. products
containing chlorine, acids or solvents) may
cause harm to health and severe damage
to the machine.
Dosing:
• TASKI concentrates provide 5 times
the concentration of conventional
cleaning agents.
= 0.2%
= 0.3%
= 0.5%
Beginning work with the machine
Notice:
The TASKI IntelliDose dosing system is
automatically switched on together with
the machine to which it is attached.
Conventional operation
• For conventional operation (dosing in
the tank) the system can be switched
off by means of the ON/OFF button.
Dosing:
• Pressing the + and - buttons adjusts
the dosing level.
The LEDs on the left of the +/- but
tons indicate the status of the dosage
level.
Concentrate bag empty
• System LED (ON) flashes.
A beeping tone is sounded.
• The concentrate bag must be replaced.
• Open the flap of the IntelliDose.
• Take out the empty concentrate bag.
• Insert a new concentrate bag.
• Press and hold the ON/OFF button for 2 sec.
• The system is filled.
Product replacement
• Open the flap.
• Take out the bag.
• Press and hold the ON/OFF button for 2 sec.
• The system is drained.
• Insert a new concentrate bag.
• Close the flap.
• Press and hold the ON/OFF button for 2 sec.
• The system is filled.
