TROUBLESHOOTING
Please check the following details before you have your appliance repaired by an
authorised servicing agent.
Problem
The hand‐held
vacuum cleaner does
not work.
The appliance does
not pick up dirt
effectively.
The hand‐held
vacuum cleaner can
not be charged.

Possible Cause
 The batteries are dead.
 Check if the I/O switch is
set to the "I" position.
 Dust container may be full.
 The filters may be clogged.
 The power adapter is not
connected to the socket of
the hand‐held vacuum
cleaner.
 The hand‐held vacuum
cleaner is not attached to
the appliance.

Possible Solution
 Charge the appliance (see
'Charging the appliance').
 Switch the appliance on.
 Empty the dust container.
 Clean the filters (see 'Dust
container removal,
disassembly and
cleaning').
 Connect the power
adapter to the socket of
the hand‐held vacuum
cleaner.
 Attach the hand‐held
vacuum cleaner to the
appliance until a click is
heard.
