Appendix 1 Installing the Linx Programming App (iOS)

To use the App you will require an Authorization Code from your Blatchford representative.
To apply for an Authorization Code, first you will need to install the App.
Note... Authorization Codes will only be
issued to suitably qualified practitioners who
have successfully completed a Blatchford
approved Linx training course.

System Requirements:

Any iOS programing device that supports iOS
9.0 or later.
1. Install the App
From the Apple® App Store on your iOS device
search for Linx Programming App.
Note... If you are installing onto an iPad
ensure that iPhone Only is selected in the
App Store search filter.
Download the app from the Apple® App Store,
then follow the instructions opposite to obtain
an Authorization Code.
2. To Obtain an Authorization Code
Launch the App:
2.1 Tap on the app icon on the
home screen.
2.2 When the LinxV2 Hub
screen appears, click on the
[Authorize] button.
2.3 On the Authorization Method page, tap
the [by Code Entry] button.
2.4 Send the 8-digit Authorization Request
Code with your name and organization
details to the appropriate email address
for your region from the following:
Region Support mailbox
US [email protected]
UK [email protected]
DE [email protected]
FR [email protected]
RoW [email protected]
or contact your allocated Blatchford
representative.
2.5 You will then be contacted by a
Blatchford representative who will
supply you with a corresponding
12-digit Authorization Code.
2.6 Enter the code in the box provided and
click on the [Submit] button
2.7 After accepting the license agreement
create a password (this will be needed
for all subsequent times you enter the
App).
