Assemble the Scooter
Attach Front Wheel

Hubcaps: Slide the longer post of the
hubcaps into each side of the
wheel (Figure 1).
Turn Scooter upside down. Slide the
wheel with hubcaps in wheel mount,
aligning the holes. Slide axle through
wheel mount and center of the wheel
(Figure 1a).
Place the large washer, followed by the
lock washer and nut onto the axle
(Figure 1b). Tighten the nut using two
wrenches. NOTE: Use a second wrench
to prevent the axle from turning.
WARNING
• ALWAYS use two wrenches to
tighten the front wheel.
• DO NOT finger-tighten the nuts.
