9. GUARANTEE
1. GENERAL
1.1 In accordance with these provisions and current law, the seller guarantees that the Product corresponding to this guarantee is in perfect
condition at the time of delivery.
1.2 The Guarantee Period for the TigrusELEC of Sacopa Products is two (2) years. These guarantee periods are calculated from when the product
is delivered to the end user.
1.3 This Guarantee Certificate will be applicable in all countries.
1.4 In the event that a fault occurs in the Product and the purchaser notifies the seller during the Guarantee Period, the seller should repair or
replace the Product at his own cost in the place he considers suitable, unless it is impossible or disproportional.
1.5 When it is not possible to repair or replace the Product, the purchaser should request a proportional reduction in price, or in the case of
significant fault of, the termination of the sales agreement.
1.6 Our guarantee includes the repair or replacement in our factory of faulty parts. The costs to return and to resend faulty material will be
charged to the manufacturer, except in the event of a mandatory provision to the contrary. The replaced or repaired parts under this guarantee
will not extend the guarantee period of the original product, although they will have a separate guarantee.
1.7 To enforce this guarantee, the purchaser must be able to provide a duly stamped and completed receipt with the date of purchase and
delivery of the product.
1.8 If the purchaser alleges that the Product is faulty six months later than the delivery of the Product, the purchaser must provide proof of the
origin and existence of the fault.
1.9 This Guarantee Certificate does not limit or prejudge consumer rights in accordance with national, compulsory regulations.

2. INDIVIDUAL TERMS
2.1 This guarantee covers the following products and ranges: TigrusELEC.
2.2 These products will not be covered by the guarantee if in the installation electric leakage is detected in any product in contact with the water
of the installation.
2.3 For the validity of this guarantee, the purchaser should strictly follow the instructions of the Manufacturer included in the documentation
accompanying the Product, in accordance with the Product range and model.
3. LIMITATIONS
3.1 This guarantee is only applicable to sales made to consumers, understanding by "consumers" the person who acquires the Product for
purposes not concerned with his professional activity.
3.2 No guarantee is made for the normal wear due to the use of the product. Parts, components and/or disposable or consumable material will be
covered by the documentation accompanying the product, if applicable.
3.3 The guarantee does not cover cases where the Product (i) has been subject to incorrect handling; (ii) it has been inspected, repaired,
maintained or handled by a person not authorised by Sacopa; (iii) it has been repaired or maintained with non-original parts; (iv) it has been
installed, started-up incorrectly or misused; (v) it has not been operated in the nominal conditions specified in the technical documentation and
with over-voltage; (vi) it has been damaged or is faulty as a result of knocks.
Unsuitable conditions: For informative but not limiting purposes, the manufacturer states that unsuitable conditions are considered to be
swimming pool cleaning treatments that exceed the following:
Swimming pool treatment, chlorine (Cl) : 2 ppm
Swimming pool treatment, bromine (Br) : 5 ppm
Swimming pool treatment, salt electrolysis (Na Cl + Vdc) : 6000 ppm (Vdc 24 V)
pH : 7.2
3.4 When a Product is faulty as a result of incorrect installation or start-up, this guarantee will only be valid when said installation or start-up is
included in the sales agreement of the Product and has been carried out by the seller or under his responsibility.
3.5 This guarantee does not cover (1) any breakdown of the Product that could have been avoided by correctly maintaining or changing the
consumable parts as indicated in the instructions manual; (ii) any breakdown of the Product caused by a factor that could not have been foreseen
at scientific/technical level at the time it was delivered to the end customer; (iii) any breakdown of the Product caused by a natural disaster or of
any other kind (such as fire, earthquakes, flooding, storms) or any other external factor such as abnormal voltage of electrical faults. (iv) If the
apparatus or its components have been exposed to the sun for a prolonged period of time. (v) If the apparatus or its components have become
damaged owing to a chemical imbalance in the swimming pool water.
(vi)MESH 45199-0025 is considered a consumable as it naturally wears during use.
DAMAGE DURING TRANSPORT
Transport expenses of the apparatus are always charged and at the risk of the user. Before accepting delivery of the apparatus, the user should
check that it is in perfect condition. We hold no liability in this respect.
