• Do not install in the immediate vicinity of paddling pools, fountains, ponds or similar bodies of
water.
• Do not immerse in water or other liquids!
• Never undertake repairs yourself. Repairs may only be carried out by the manufacturer or an
authorised service representative.
• The light source of this luminaire may only replaced by the manufacturer, an authorised service
technician or a similarly qualified person (S4)!
• Always install at least 0.5m away from illuminated surfaces — the connection cable in particular
must not be illuminated or come into contact with the metal housing — and observe the required
minimum distances (S5)!
• Do not operate the product when covered (S6). This could lead to a dangerous buildup of heat!
• The product must remain freely accessible (also when in use)!
• For the connection, only use regular mains sockets (230V~, 50Hz) with protective conductors of
the public supply network which are easily accessible!
• A conversion or modification of the product affects product safety. Caution: risk of injury! A
conversion or modification of the product must not be carried out!
• If the cable is damaged, disconnect product from the power supply!
• De-energised only when the plug is pulled out (S7)!
• Do not operate the product at, on or in the vicinity of open flames (e.g. candles)!
• To avoid damage, do not bend or knot cables over sharp edges or corners!
