Intended use
TOP 1402 KT concrete mixers may be used in
private home and garden. Concrete mixers may
be used exclusively in accordance with the
information stated in this operating manual.

Concrete mixers are designed for mixing
concrete and mortar.

It is not permitted to mix combustible,
explosive or harmful substances.
−
The concrete mixer must not be used in the
food industry.
−
The concrete mixer must not be operated in
a potentially explosive atmosphere.
−
The concrete mixer may be operated with
original spare parts only.

Unpacking / Assembly

The concrete mixer must not be used
until all parts have been fitted.
1. Check the contents of the packaging. If there
are any parts missing, contact your dealer.
2. Take the concrete mixer out of the wooden
crate with the help of a second person.
Attaching the wheel support and
support foot

1. Fold out the wheels and support foot all the
way.
2. Bolt and secure the wheel support and
support foot to the frame:

Hexagon-head bolt

Washers
−
Hexagon-head lock nut M 8
The lugs on the frame must be located in the
recesses in the wheel support and support
foot.
Attaching the handwheel

1. Unscrew hexagon bolt M12 x 45 and
hexagon lock nut M12, remove
transportation angles and dispose of.
2. Attach the tension spring to the bore in the
frame and to the hook on the handwheel.
3. Place your foot on the base plate of the
support foot and pull up the handwheel.
4. Screw in the bolt.

5. Tighten the hexagon-head nut – then
unscrew by ¼ revolution (approx. 0.5 mm
gap).
Information:
When released, the hand wheel must
lock into position in the retention plate.
