Operating Instructions
150 & 300W Nite Driver Power Supply
1) Dimmer Setting
• The LTN1150 has one zone dial (LTN1300 has two zone dials) used for
dimming control. Turning the dials counter-clockwise lowers output
voltage to the lights. Lite the Nite system LED fixtures that are marked
for dimming are designed to dim with the Nite Driver.
• Turn each Zone dial clockwise for full light output (no dimming)
position for initial set up.
WARNING:
Dimmer function is always active on all modes (both Zone#1 and
Zone#2). If using non-dimmable LED lights, make sure the mode knob
is turned all the way to clockwise position for maximum output.
2. Setting the Clock
To set the clock, press and hold the [CLOCK] button while selecting
[UP] or [DOWN] arrow buttons. (Note the PM indicator light.)
Note: Unit requires programmed clock for timing modes to function.

3. Function of Each Mode
Press [MODE] button (center of Zone Dial) to select. MODE selected
will illuminate. The LTN1150 has one Zone Dial and the LTN1300 has two
Zone Dials.
3.1 ON: Power to lights permanently ON.
Note: Use this mode for other home automation systems that switch power feeding the Nite
Driver.
3.2 OFF: Power to lights permanently OFF.
Note: Use this setting as vacation mode if lights not required while away. Nite Driver power
supply will be powered and keep time while lights remain off.
3.3 AUTO: Uses Photo Eye for ON and OFF.
3.4 DUSK ON TIME OFF: Photo Eye turns lights ON. Timer turns lights
OFF. To set OFF time, press and hold [TIME OFF] button while
selecting [UP] or [DOWN] arrow buttons. (Note the PM indicator
light).
3.5 TIMER:
A) Set ON time: Press and hold [TIME ON] button while selecting
[UP] or [DOWN] arrow buttons to adjust the turn ON time wanted.
(Note the PM indicator light).
B) Set OFF time: Press and hold [TIME OFF] button while selecting
[UP] or [DOWN] arrow buttons to adjust the turn OFF time wanted.
(Note the PM indicator light).
3.6 4/6/8/10: Photo Eye turns unit ON at Dusk. A countdown timer
turns unit OFF after a fixed number of hours. User selectable to 4, 6,
8, or 10 hours.

4. Error Codes:
The Nite Driver includes self-diagnostics to help protect the
electronics in the unit.
LTN1150 Error Codes
"LoAd" = Overload
"Shrt" = Short Circuit
"FAn" = Error with Fan
OVERLOAD:
When an overload is detected,
the display will show a flashing
"LoAd". The Nite Driver will
attempt to clear the fault three (3)
times with an Auto Reset initiated
by the software. If the overload
condition still exists after 3 reset
attempts, the software the will
shut off the output from the unit
and continue flashing "LoAd".
To resolve this, try and find the
defective light or remove some
of the lights to lower the load.
Shorted underground wiring, usu-
ally at a distance away, can also
cause this, but it will generally
trip the Overload condition faster
than too many lights on one
circuit will.
SHORT CIRCUIT:
A short circuit will shut down the
Nite Driver within a few seconds
upon powering on and it will flash
"Shrt" on the display. Check for
faulty wiring, frayed wires near
the +/- terminal block or defec-
tive LED bulb. Isolate short. Reset
by unplugging the AC cord, wait
5 seconds and reconnect AC
cord. If Short circuit has been
removed, no error code will show.
If error code returns, continue
trouble shooting to isolate the
bad wiring or faulty LED bulb
If an obstructed keeps the fan from turning, the display will show
"FAn". The Nite Driver software will attempt to clear the jam three (3)
times. If the fan is still obstructed after three attempts, the Nite Driver
will shut off all loads and flash "FAn". Unplug the AC power cord.
Check the rear vent for insects or possible plant grow and remove.
Plug in AC power cord and let the Nite Driver check and clear error.

LTN1300 Error Codes
There are 2 independent sets of
error codes.
Zone #1:
"Lod1" = Overload in Zone #1
"Srt1" = Short Circuit in Zone #1
Zone #2:
"Lod2" = Overload in Zone #2
"Srt2" = Short Circuit in Zone #2
"FAn" = Error with Fan (there is
only one fan)
OVERLOAD:
When an overload occurs, the
display will show a flashing
"Lod1" or "Lod2". The Nite Driv-
er will attempt to clear the fault
three (3) times with an Auto Reset
initiated by the software. If the
overload condition still exists af-
ter 3 reset attempts, the software
the will shut off the output from
that zone and continue flashing
"Lod1" or "Lod2". The other
Zone will continue to function.
To resolve this, try and find the
defective light or remove some
of the lights to lower the load.
Shorted underground wiring, usu-
ally at a distance away, can also
cause this, but it will generally
trip the overload condition faster
than too many lights on one
circuit will.
SHORT CIRCUIT:
A short circuit will shut down the
Nite Driver within a few seconds
upon powering on and it will flash
"Srt1" or "Srt2" on the display.
Check for faulty wiring, frayed
wires near the +/- terminal block
or defective LED bulb. Isolate
short. Reset by unplugging the
AC cord, wait 5 seconds and
reconnect AC cord. If Short circuit
has been removed, no error code
will show. If error code returns,
continue trouble shooting to
isolate the bad wiring or faulty
LED bulb
