TROUBLESHOOTING

WATER IS LEAKING
Check that the secondary tank is not overfilled and is at the proper fill level.
Make sure the unit is on a flat surface and not tilted.
HUMIDIFIER DOES NOT POWER ON; INDICATOR LIGHT DOES NOT ILLUMINATE
Confirm the unit is plugged in.
Check the knob is ON; turn toward MAX.
INDICATOR LIGHT IS ON, BUT NO MIST OUTPUT
Check for hard water / mineral deposits in the base and on transducer; clean following
the included instructions and attempt use again.
Check there is sufficient water in the tank and base.
STRANGE ODOR
Clean the water tank and base following the included instructions and allow to air dry for
a minimum of 12 hours.
