Montagevorgang:
1. Schneiden Sie das Rohr im rechten Winkel ab und entgraten
Sie es (Bild 1).
2. Der O-Ring ist vorgefettet, um die Montage zu erleichtern.

Verwenden Sie bei der Einfettung des Rohres k einesfalls
ölhaltige Fette, sondern ein trinkwassergeeignetes Gleitmittel.
3. Lösen Sie die Konusmutter mit 3–4 Umdrehungen von der
Verschraubung. Schrauben Sie die Konusmutter nicht ganz ab !
4. Greifen Sie in die Verschraubung und ziehen Sie den O-Ring
und den Druckring so weit wie möglich nach vorne (Bild 2),
damit das Rohr widerstandslos eingeschoben werden kann.

5. Rohr bis zum Anschlag in die Verschraubung einschieben.
Stellen Sie sicher, dass das Rohr über das Dichtelement
eingeschoben ist.
6. Konusmutter mit der Hand fest anziehen.
7. Anschließend die Konusmutter mit dem Montageriemen
(oder einem anderen für Kunststoff-Klemmverbinder geeig-

neten Werkzeug) nachziehen (Bild 3).

Assembly steps:
1. Cut off the pipe in the right corner and remove burrs. (Illustration 1).
2. Grease the pipe or the O ring to make the assembly easier. On no account use oily fat
but rather a water-based lubricant.
3. Loosen the cone nut with 3–4 rotations of the screw, but don't loosen the cone nut
right off!
4. Reach into the screw connection and pull the O ring and the pressure ring forwards as
far as possible (Illustration 2), so that the pipe can be inserted without resistance.
5. Push the pipe in up to the arrester in the screw connection. Make sure that the pipe
is inserted over the sealing element.
6. Screw the cone nut tight by hand.
7. Now screw the cone nut tight using the assembly belt (Illustration 3).

Étapes de montage:
1. Coupez le tuyau à angle droit et ébavurez-le (illustration 1).
2. Graissez le tuyau ou l'anneau O pour faciliter le montage. N'utilisez en aucun cas des
graisses huileuses, mais des lubrifiants adéquates pour l'eau potable.
3. Dévissez l'écrou en le tournant 3 à 4 fois autour de son axe. Ne pas dévisser l'écrou
entièrement !
4. Saisissez le raccord et tirez l'anneau O et l'anneau de pression vers l'avant (illustra-
tion 2) pour pouvoir insérer le mieux possible le tuyau.
5. Insérez le tuyau dans le raccord jusqu'à la butée. Assurez-vous que joint soit bien en
position autour du tuyau pour assurer une parfaite étanchéité.
6. Serrez fermement l'écrou à la main.
7. Resserrez ensuite l'écrou avec la lanière de montage (illustration 3).

Pasos a seguir en el montaje:
1. Corte el tubo en ángulo recto y desbarbelo (imagen 1).
2. Engrase el tubo o la junta tórica, para facilitar el montaje. No utilice en ningún caso
grasa que contenga aceite, sino un lubricante que no contamine el agua potable.
3. Desprenda la tuerca de cono, con 3 o 4 vueltas, de la unión roscada. No desenrosque
por completo la tuerca de cono!
4. Agarre la unión roscada y tire de la junta tórica y del aro de presión hacia adelante,
tan lejos como sea posible (imagen 2), para que el tubo pueda ser introducido sin
resistencia.
5. Introducir el tubo en la unión roscada hasta el tope. Asegurese de que el tubo ha sido
introducido sobre el elemento de obturación.
6. Fijar con la mano la tuerca de cono.
7. A continuación, apretar la tuerca de cono con la correa de montaje (imagen 3).

Fasi di montaggio:
1. Tagliare il tubo ad angolo retto e sbavarlo (Fig. 1) O-Ring.
2. Lubrificare il tubo e l'anello per facilitare il montaggio. Non usare in alcun caso grassi
contenenti olio ma un lubrificante adatto all'acqua potabile.
3. Allentare la ghiera con 3–4 giri dal collegamento a vite. Non svitare completamente
il dado!
4. Afferrare l'anello antisfilamento e tirarlo il più possibile verso l'esterno del giunto,
(Fig. 2), affinché il tubo possa essere inserito senza incontrare resistenza.
5. Inserire il tubo fino alla battuta. Assicurarsi che il tubo sia inserito oltre l'elemento di
tenuta.
6. Stringere forte la ghiera con la mano.
7. Poi, stringere la ghiera con la cinghia di montaggio (Fig. 3).

Montagestappen:
1. Snij de buis in een rechte hoek af en ontbraam hem (Afbeelding 1).
2. Vet de buis of de O-ring in om de montage te vergemakkelijken. Gebruik in geen geval
oliehoudende vetten maar een voor drinkwater geschikt glijmiddel.
3. Haal de conusmoer met 3–4 draaibewegingen van de koppeling. Schroef de conus-
moer niet helemaal los!
4. Tast in de koppeling en haal de O-ring en de drukring zo ver mogelijk naar voren
(Afbeelding 2) zodat de buis zonder problemen kann worden ingeschoven.
5. Schuif de buis tot aan de aanslag in de koppeling. Verzeker uzelf ervan dat de buis
over het afdichtingselement is ingeschoven.
6. Haal de conusmoer met de hand stevig aan.
7. In aansluiting daaraan de conusmoer met de montageriem vaster draaien
(Afbeelding 3).

Montážní postup:
1. Uřízněte trubku kolmo k její ose. Srazte hrany řezu (obrázek 1).
2. Chcete-li ulehčit montáž, potřete konec napojované trubky nebo gumový O-kroužek spojky
tukem. Nepoužívejte žádné tuky obsahující olej, nýbrž mazadla vhodná pro styk s pitnou
vodou.
3. Povolte kónusovou matku spojky o 3–4 otáčky. Neodšroubujte ji zcela od těla spojky!
4. Uchopte tělo spojky a O-kroužek společně s přítlačným kroužkem popotáhněte tak daleko
jak je to možné směrem od těla spojky (obrázek 2). Tímto dosáhneme toho, že rouru je
možné vsunout bez velkého odporu do těla spojky.
5. Trubku zasuňte do spojky až k dorazu uvnitř spojky. Ujistěte se, že trubka je zasunutá až
za těsnící O-kroužek.
6. Kónusovou matku pevně utáhněte rukou.
7. Utažení matky dokončete montážním nářadím (obrázek 3).

Szerelés lépései:
1. Vágjuk le a a csövet tengelyre merőlegesen és sorjátlanítsuk a csővéget (1. kép).
2. Kenjük be a csövet vagy a gumigyűrűt olyan síkosító anyaggal, ami ivóvízhez engedélyezett.
3. 3–4 fordulattal lazítsuk meg az idomon lévő hollandit, nem kell levenni a hollandit a csavarzat-
testről!
4. Nyúljunk bele a csavarzatba és húzzuk előre a nyomógyűrűt és a gumigyűrűt ameddig lehet
(2. kép), hogy a csővéget akadálytalanul lehessen az idomba betolni.
5. A csővéget ütközésig toljuk be a csavarzatba. Győződjünk meg róla, hogy a cső vége a tömí-
tőgyűrűn túl van.
6. Kézzel húzzuk meg a hollandit.
7. Szerelőszíjjal húzzunk utánna (3. kép).

Montaż:
1. Odciąć rurę pod kątem prostym i sfazować (rys. 1).
2. Dla ułatwienia montażu nasmarować rurę lub O-ring. W żadnym wypadku nie używać substan-
cji na bazie oleju a jedynie te posiadające atest dla wody pitnej.
3. Poluzować nakrętkę (3–4 obroty nakrętki). Nie odkręcać nakrętki całkowicie!
4. Uchwycić złączkę i odciągnąć O-ring i pierścień zaciskowy w stronę nakrętki (rys. 2), tak aby
bez oporu wsunąć rurę.
5. Wsunąć rurę w złączkę do oporu. Upewnić się, że rura została wsunięta poza element uszczel-
niający.
6. Nakręcić nakrętkę ręką.
7. Na koniec dociągnąć nakrętkę kluczem opaskowym (rys. 3).

Монтаж:
1. Отрезать трубу под прямым углом и снять фаску (рис. 1).
2. Для облегчения монтажа смазать трубу или уплотнительное кольцо.
Применять вещества на базе масел запрещено. Можно применять только те вещества,
которые имеют разрешение на использование с питьевой водой.
3. Ослабить гайку (3–4 оборота гайки). Не откручивать гайку полностью!
4. Зажать резьбовой фитинг и подтягивать уплотнительное кольцо и уплотнитель (рис. 2)
до тех пор, пока труба не начнет вставляться без сопротивления.
5. Вставить трубу в фитинг до упора. Убедиться, что труба разместилась поверх уплотни-
тельного элемента.
6. Закручивать гайку вручную.
7. В конце – подтянуть гайку с помощью ленточного ключа (рис. 3).
