Fetal position (from birth)

a. Position the Babysling diagonally
and place the padding on your left
shoulder. The ends of the straps will
be positioned downwards in front of
you. Hold your child with your left
arm.
b. With your right hand, put the inner
edge at chest height and then move
the other edge away until an opening
is created in the pouch.

c. Bring your child over the pouch,
with head towards the supporting
shoulder.
d. Place your child in the sling, posi-
tioning his/her bottom first and then
the legs and shoulders. Your child's
head should be at the height of your
chest and his/her face should be vi-
sible.
WARNING: make sure that the edge
is always at the height of your chest
and that your child's legs and arms
are in the correct position.
