Check whether you have selected the AV input on the television
set. If you have selected the S-VHS input by mistake, the
picture

Are you perhaps using an incompatible SCART adaptor? The
specification of the adaptor needs to match that of the SCART
socket on your television set!
You are using a TV lead and no picture appears
There can be several causes for this. Check that:
☺ the lead is properly plugged into the ARCADE 3000;
☺ the CHINCH leads are properly plugged into the television
(yellow plug in yellow socket), or the SCART adapter (if
used) is compatible;
☺ you have selected the AV channel on the TV set;
☺ the appropriate TV channel is selected for the input in a
case where there are several choices (AV1, AV2, S-VHS
etc.);
☺ The ARCADE 3000 is switched on.
If none of this helps, try testing whether a different device,
such as a digital camera, works with the selected TV input.
When using the television, you hear no sounds
Are all the leads secured properly? Has the volume on the
TV set perhaps been turned down too low?
and
start
