NOTE: Whenever you handle the fryer, make sure it is disconnected of the electrical
current and that the oil is completely cold.

How to remove the tank of the oil.
To remove the oil tank, proceed as follows:
•
Remove the lid and remove the basket.
•
With great caution, take the assembly and pull it up until it is completely
free of the guides. This set is formed by several pieces, some of them
electric, therefore, never submerge in water or wash this piece. This set
can only be cleaned with a cloth or with absorbent paper of kitchen.
Be sure not to damage the resistance.

Take the tank and remove it completely from the fryer.
•
Once the tank has been cleaned or emptied, proceed to place all the
pieces again.
