First steps

Most problems with PowerKiss Heart 2 can be solved quickly by following
the tips here. For additional troubleshooting information, send an email to
[email protected] or contact your PowerKiss representative.
If Heart 2 is not functioning as stated, first make sure:

The power cords for Heart are securely connected to a working
power source

The device being charged is aligned properly on the charging area
The wireless charging receiver is either PowerKiss branded or has
