GENERAL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
-
Read the instructions for use carefully before starting the vacuum cleaner and keep the instructions, guarantee, proof of
purchase and, if possible, the original packaging.

This appliance is intended exclusively for domestic use and only for the function for which it has been designed.
-
This appliance is not suitable for commercial use. Do not use it out of doors (except when designed for this purpose). Keep
it away from sources of heat, direct sunlight, damp (do not submerge it in liquids) and sharp edges. Do not use the appliance
with damp hands. If the appliance is damp or wet, unplug it immediately.
-
Do not submerge it in water.
-
Before cleaning or storing the vacuum cleaner, switch it off and unplug it from the socket (pull the plug, not the cable) and
remove any attached accessories.
-
Do not leave the appliance running unsupervised. If you have to leave the workplace, always switch off the appliance or
unplug it from the power supply (pull the plug, not the cable).
-
To avoid possible injury through the use of electrical equipment, ensure that the cable is not taught and that the appliance is
kept out of the reach of children.
-
Check the condition of the appliance and the cable regularly, to detect any possible damage. Do not use the appliance if it
is broken in any way.

Do not try to repair the appliance yourself. Always get in touch with an authorised service agent.

Use only genuine spare parts.

Keep in mind the following special safety instructions:

If the cable is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or his authorised service agent or by a qualified technician,
in order to avoid any risk.

The appliance must not be used by people (including children) whose physical, sensory or mental state prevents them from
using it safely or if they lack experience or understanding, except when they have been supervised or have been instructed
regarding the use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety. Children must be supervised to ensure they do
not play with the appliance.
SPECIAL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

Do not vacuum up liquids.

Do not vacuum up hot ashes or sharp objects or objects with sharp points.

Do not use the appliance in damp places.
-
Never use it without the filter. Check that the filter is correctly positioned.
-
Do not place your hair, clothing or any part of the body near the nozzle of the vacuum cleaner while it is operating.
-
Keep the vacuum cleaner away from sources of heat such as radiators, ovens etc.
INSTALLING THE FLEXIBLE TUBE (Fig. 1)
Insert the flexible tube in the opening situated in the front of the appliance. Press the flexible tube until the tube is firmly seated
in the opening.
REMOVING THE FLEXIBLE TUBE (Fig. 1).
To remove the flexible tube, press the locking buttons situated on the sides of the base of the tube to unlock it. Remove the tube
from the opening.
CONNECTING THE TELESCOPIC TUBES AND ACCESSORIES (Fig. 2)
Insert the telescopic tube into the curved handle of the flexible tube. To extend the tube, press the button situated in the middle
of the joint and pull out the tube inside.
Insert the cleaning tool that you wish to use in the end of the telescopic tube.
DISCONNECTING THE TELESCOPIC TUBES AND ACCESSORIES
To remove the telescopic tube and accessories, hold them tightly and firmly separate them.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Unroll the amount of cable you require, arrange it in such a way that you cannot tread on it and it cannot be obstructed by objects
placed on top of it or near it and, finally, plug it into the power supply. There is a YELLOW mark on the power cable that indicates
the ideal length of the cable. Do not unroll the power cable further than the RED mark. To wind the cable up again, press the
cable winding button (5).

Press the on/off button (9) to start the appliance.

To switch it off, press the button again.

Adjust the suction control button () situated on the curved handle to control the suction.
The degree of suction will decrease the larger the air opening.

The degree of suction can also be regulated by turning the on/off button (9) clockwise or anti-clockwise.
Low suction: for curtains and delicate fabrics
Medium suction: for deep pile carpets and loose covers.
High suction: for carpets and solid floors, etc.

RETRACTIBLE CABLE
To wind up the cable press the cable winding button (5).
PRECAUTION: The cable winds up very quickly. Wind it carefully to avoid injury.
USING THE CLEANING ACCESSORIES
-
Floor brush accessory (1)
(Fig. 3), with brush extended for vacuuming floors. (Fig. 4), with brush retracted for vacuuming carpets.

(Fig. 5) brush-nozzle accessory.
For cleaning radiators, corners, cushions, shelves, books, carved furniture, lamps and other delicate objects.
MAINTENANCE
NOTE: Unplug the power cable from the power supply before carrying out any maintenance.
If the degree of suction provided by the appliance reduces, you must empty the dust tank (7) and clean the HEPA filter.
Note: the vacuum cleaner has a washable HEPA filter.
HOW TO EMPTY THE DUST TANK AND CLEAN THE HEPA FILTER (Fig. 6)
It is very important to keep the filters clean so as to obtain the maximum performance from the vacuum cleaner. Clean the filter
regularly and replace it when necessary.

Press the dust tank locking button (10) to remove it.

Pull the flange situated on the lower part to open the lid and empty the contents.

Turn the HEPA filter and remove it.
4.
Clean the HEPA filter with tap water, and leave it to dry completely before putting it back in place, Do not wash it in a washing
machine.
5.
If the filter is very dirty, clean it with the small brush, situated under the dust tank (7).
HOW TO CLEAN THE AIR OUTLET FILTER (Fig.7)
To remove the cover of the air outlet filter, turn the round cover (situated on one side of the front part of the vacuum cleaner) anti-
clockwise. Then remove the filter to wash it in tap water. Leave it to dry fully before replacing it in the vacuum cleaner.
Storage system:
There is a storage system in the wheel situated on the opposite side of the appliance. The metal tube can be stored in the
appliance.
Note:
The appliance has an anti-overheating protection device which will switch off the vacuum cleaner if its motor gets too hot due to
a blockage in the tube or filter etc. If the appliance stops suddenly when in normal use, unplug it and check whether the tube is
blocked and empty the dust tank and filters. The appliance will start functioning again automatically after a period of time (about
0 minutes).
