3. Function Keys
Flash : When pressed during an ongoing call,
it holds the call.
When pressed while there is a call on
hold, it retrieves the call.
Transfer : When pressed while there is a call on
hold, it makes a Call Transfer.
When pressed during an ongoing
conversation, it terminates the call.
H/R : When pressed during an external call,
it parks the call;
If used as the operator console, it
may be used to park as many calls as
the number of lines.
For other extensions, it may be used
to park only one call.
When pressed while receiving internal
dial tone, it recalls parked call. (If used
as the operator console, it retrieves
the longest waiting parked call.)
Auto : It activates and deactivates Last
Number Auto-Dial.
Redial : It activates Last Number Redial.
Message : When pressed while receiving internal
dial tone, it activates Listening To New
Messages.
When pressed during an external call,
it activates and deactivates Mute.
