OPERATING PROCEDURES:

1. Insert the device plug into an outlet.
2. The device should be used for wet heating only. Fill the stainless steel container with water.
Never fill the water above the limit level. Immediately remove excess water if it is above the
limit level.
3. The temperature level on the control panel should be set between 1 and 3, always operate
the device at the lowest temperature to maintain the correct delivery temperature. Storage at
high temperatures occurs when you select temperature levels from 3 to 5.
4. The neon lamp will light up when the device is turned on. Turn the knob to "0" to turn the
device off.
De-energize the device off by removing the plug from the outlet.
5. Do not move or carry the device when it is turned on or when there is hot soup or food inside
the container.
6. Spilled soup or other food should be immediately removed from the outside surface of the
device. Stainless steel parts should be wiped with a damp cloth.
7. Make sure the device is unplugged when it is not in use, when it is being filled with water, or
when it is being washed.
8. The device should not be pressure washed with water.
IMPORTANT! Never immerse the device in water as it will result in damage to the device and
