 Preparation
1. Put the flour in a bowl with salt and sugar.
2. Make a well in the middle and pour the eggs into it.
3. Start mixing gently. When the mixture becomes thick, add the cold milk little by little.
4. When all the milk is mixed, the dough should be fairly fluid. If it seems too thick, add a little
milk. Then add the cooled melted butter, mix well
IV- CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
1. Before cleaning, unplug and wait for the appliance to cool down.
2. The plate and Mini pan can the cleaned in the dishwasher or use a damp sponge with some
dish washing liquid. Rinse them and dry them thoroughly.
