Installing the Computer Telephony Adapter software
After you have connected the CTA 100/200, you must install the telephony software you
will be using with the CTA 100/200. The CTA 100/200 operates with a variety of
computer telephony applications.
Running TAPI compliant applications
If your kit contains the Personal Productivity Suite CD-ROM, you can install:
• Norstar TAPI Service Provider
• Norstar Personal Call Manager
• Norstar Personal Voice Dialer
To install this software, follow the instructions contained in the guide inserted in the inside
cover of the CD-ROM case.
Running other applications
Depending on the product purchased, the package may contain other Desktop CTI
software. Follow the installation instructions that came with the software.
