Press the
button on the TV remote (other names for this button may include "Picture Size"
ZOOM
and "Aspect Ratio"). To acknowledge this Zoom command, your EVOLUTION 50/55
will flash 3 times fast and turn off. If no Zoom command was received, the
EVOLUTION 50/55 will stay lit for 20 seconds or until you press the
cancel this learning sequence.

To confirm your EVOLUTION 50/55 can send Zoom commands to your TV, press the
the aspect ratio displayed on your TV screen changes or a related menu appears, you're done. If
your TV did not respond, repeat steps 1 through 4.
To map additional buttons, repeat steps 1 to 4 substituting the new button in place of the
LEARning: SETTing Up THE EVoLUTion 50/55 THUMBSTicK To nAVigATE
MEnUS Up, doWn, LEFT, oR RigHT
The unique thumbstick of the EVOLUTION 50/55 usually maps automatically to the DIRECTION
UP/
DOWN/ LEFT/ RIGHT and
already auto-assigned, you may want to follow the instructions below to have your EVOLUTION 50/55
learn the directional buttons of the component you wish to map.
