Position the filler tin on the dispenser and turn it until the opening fits over the outlet hole (8).
The hardener cartridge must be positioned with the open end over the hardener opening (9).
Please check that the piston head in the hardener cartridge is in alignment with the plunger
of the dispenser.
3. Carefully push both bars (1 + 2) down to the piston heads of the filler tin and the hard-
ener cartridge, then open the release buttons (3 + 4).
4. Hardener control: By releasing the locks (10 + 11), the lever (5) can be moved up and
down, and the quantity of hardener adjusted according to the ambient temperature.
Position 1 dispenses the minimum quantity of hardener, and position 6 the maximum quantity.
For temperatures between 16 and 25 degrees Celsius, it is recommended to set the lever to
position 2.5.
In cooler temperatures, this setting should be increased, and in lower temperatures,
decreased.
5. After adjusting the dispenser as described above, the filler material can flow through the
dispenser. By opening the release channels with the lever (7) and by pushing the handle (6),
the filler and hardener can flow through the dispenser in the desired quantity.
After use, the release handle (7) should be fully closed to prevent the filler and hardener
from drying in the nozzles.
6. Both the filler and the hardener can be separately replaced, if required.
7. The handle (6) must always be fully pressed down. If not, the mixing ratio of filler to hard-
ener may be wrong, especially when dispensing smaller quantities.
8. To prevent unnecessary pressure, there are safety release pins on the sliding bars (1 + 2),
which are located on the lid. These prevent excessive pressure from being applied in the
event of dried-out material, for example.
9. Cellulose thinner can be used to clean the nozzles.
The plastic parts (polyamide) are resistant to most conventional solvents.
