INTENDED USE
This grease gun is made to lubricate e.g. bearings, shafts, joints on machines, automobiles, agricultural
vehicles and equipment and it's suitable for using with 500 g screwing-in grease cartridges.

Make sure that all parts are firmly assembled before you use the grease gun.

Always use safety goggles when using the grease gun.

Do not use gun hose for other applications or at pressures above the rated pressure level
•
Excess grease if left on floor, tools or equipment can create surfaces that become slippery
•
This gun can only be used with a cartridge having two seal guard at both the ends for creating
vacuum.
PREPARING
1. Before loading the cartridge, open the cap on the cartridge.
2. Press the bottom seal guard so that the grease oozes out of the cartridge head.
3. Now screw the head of the cartridge to the gun head.
4. Tightly secure the interface between the gun and the cartridge to prevent any leakage.
5. Now use the lever for giving strokes to the gun and continue till the grease starts to coming out.
