Mounting instructions pewag bluetrack

Tools and equipment required:
Side cutter (to open the packaging), tension belt, pewag bluetrack mounting clamps, pewag bluetrack assembly tool,
wrench (wrench width SW 22 and 30 mm), 3/4" ratchet
Roll out the pewag bluetrack segments and connect segment

1 marked "Seg. 1/2" to segment 2 ("Seg. 2/2") using the pewag
bluetrack lock (see Figs. 9-11 excl. tensioning).
Pull the pewag bluetrack over the wheels using a tension belt.
Connect the two ends with the pewag bluetrack mounting

clamps by hanging in the clamps from the outside.
Secure the pewag bluetrack assembly tool in the middle of

the two bars of the pewag bluetrack that are connected with
clamps. Make sure to use the pewag bluetrack assembly tool
provided for the tracks.
Note: Any similar, customary assembly tool may also be used
for assembly.
Now pull the pewag bluetrack further until both ends are located

at the same position.
Move the machinery until both ends together with the pewag

bluetrack mounting clamps are in the middle of the two wheels
on the top.
The pewag bluetrack assembly tool for the pewag bluetrack

perfekt must be secured to the profile with the setscrews
(SW 30 mm) to prevent the tracks from slipping down and / or
getting jammed.
