Preparing Your Hard Disk for MU-7000AVs
If your hard drive is not pre-formatted to work with MU-7000AVs, please follow the
instructions on this sheet.
After you finished the steps on the Quick Installation Guide, please follow the
instructions below to format your Hard Disk for MU-7000AVs.
Step 1: Format Your Hard Disk using your PC
In this step, you will format your hard drive to NTFS format using your PC.
1. Please use the USB cable in the box to connect your MU-7000AVs to your
PC's USB port.
2. Click "My Computer". You
will find the USB hard disk.
3. Right-Click USB hard disk
and choose "Format".
4. Choose the NTFS format and click on "start" to
format your Hard Disk.
