MACHINE MAINTENANCE
To keep machine in good working condition, simply
follow daily, weekly and monthly maintenance
procedures.
FOR SAFETY: Before leaving or servicing
machine, stop on level surface and turn off
machine.
WARNING: Disconnect Battery Cables Before
Servicing Machine.
ATTENTION: Contact an Authorized Service
Center for machine repairs. Machine repairs
performed by other than an authorized person will
void your warranty.
DAILY MAINTENANCE
(Every 4 Hours of Use)
1. Drain the recovery tank and rinse it out thoroughly
(Figure 26).

2. Remove the recovery tank plug and flush out the
recovery intake opening with water (Figure 27).

3. Remove and rinse off the float shut-off screen
located in recovery tank (Figure 28).

4. Remove any entangled carpet fibers and debris
from the brush base (Figure 29).

5. Remove any debris lodged in the pickup vacuum
shoe (Figure 29).

6. Clean the machine housing with an all purpose
cleaner and damp cloth.
ATTENTION: Do not power spray or hose off
machine. Electrical component damage due to
water is not covered by warranty.
7. Recharge batteries if needed.
NOTE: To prolong the battery life, ONLY recharge the
batteries if discharged more than 15% of the battery
capacity.
