4.2 Operating
Note:
Before starting the stirring blade for the first time, pay attention to the relative position of the stirring
paddle and the bottom of the vessel body to avoid collision.
1) Set the "power switch" on the rear panel of the control box to "1", the "speed display window" and the
"temperature display window" of the control box are displaying the set stirring speed and the measured
temperature in the vessel.
NOTE: Do not make the stirring paddle rotate at a high speed of no‐load.
2)
Add the solid material or liquid material to the vessel body slowly through corresponding feeding port.
3)
Start rotation speed control through press 'Rotation' button on the control panel. And then adjust 'speed
regulator' clockwise to make the stirring speed rise to the target value.
4)
The reactor can be pumped to a negative pressure state according to some experimental requirements.
5)
Start Dynamic Temperature Control System according as needed to achieve automatic temperature control.
6)
After reaction completed, closed the Dynamic Temperature Control System when the material temperature in the
vessel close to room temperature.
7)
Power off the vacuum pump.
8)
Turn the "speed regulator" counterclockwise to the left, press "Rotation" button, stop stirring, and set the power
switch on the rear panel of the control box to "0".
9)
Turn the black knob of the discharge valve (14) counterclockwise to discharge the material. After the discharge is
completed, remove the discharge valve carefully and clean the reactor discharge valve and port. And then
re‐install the discharge valve.
Note:
When discharging, rotate the black knob at the bottom of the discharge valve counterclockwise.

b) After cleaning the glass, please use a clean soft cloth to wipe the liquid inside and outside the device to
avoid contamination.

Note:
Do not close the control valve in the circulating pipe after close Dynamic Temperature Control
System. Otherwise the vessel body will be broken when the temperature difference changes greatly.
