Replacing the Routing Blade

Turn the machine around with the base plate 26
facing upward.
Unscrew the four screws 27 and remove the cover
28.
Press the spindle lock button 23.
Loosen the clamping nut 30 with the two-pin span-
ner 29.
Remove the clamping nut 30 and the routing blade
31.
If required, also remove and clean the supporting
flange 32.
Place the routing blade onto the supporting
flange.
Use routing blades size 100 x 4 mm.
NOTE:
Observe the rotation direction of the routing
blade.
Screw the clamping nut onto the spindle. Press
the spindle lock button 23 and tighten the clamp-
ing nut with the two-pin spanner.
-WARNING-
Check if the routing blade is mounted correctly
and moves freely.
Remount the cover 28 and fasten with the four
screws.
Operating tips
Choice of Biscuit Size
Always use the largest possible biscuit size for an
optimal connection. For workpiece thicknesses
above 25 mm, 2 biscuits should be set above each
other.
