General
DOP diaphragm pumps are intended for polluted and
sluggish media, as well as inflammable fluids.
* Fully submersible.
* Easily started in event of sedimentation.
* Can handle large solid particles up to 30 mm in di-
ameter.
* Can be connected in series to raise head.
* Easy to service - no need to dismantle pump
chambers in order to gain access to valves for
service.
DOP 15N - An all-round pump for construction, min-
ing and industrial applications. Diaphragm and valve
flaps of nitrile rubber.
DOP 15F - Special version for the process industry,
with diaphragm and valve flaps of fluorocarbon rub-
ber (Viton).
Precautions before starting
* The maximum working pressure of the pump
must not exceed 7 bar (e).
* Blow clean the air hose before connecting it to the
pump.
* Make sure the pump receives continuous lubrica-
tion. This is achieved by connecting an oil-fog lu-
bricator into the air line. Check and fill the lubrica-
tor at regular intervals. Make sure that it is ad-
justed to give adequate dosage.
