Read For your safety
1. Read these instructions carefully before using your new appliance
2. Check that voltage corresponds with that of the appliance before using it.
3. Only responsible adults should operate this appliance.
4. Check for cord damage regularly.In the case of cord or other appliance damage, refrain
from using the appliance.
5. This appliance is for domestic use only and should only be used according to the
directions provided.
6. Never immerse the appliance in water or any other liquid,for cleaning or any
other purpose.
7. Do not use this appliance near a heat source.
8. If the power cable is damaged,it must be replaced by the manufacturer,your
dealer's repair service, or a manufacturer-approved technician to avoid any possible
danger. Contact your reseller.
9. All repairs must be carried out by a competent and qualified tradesman.
10. Do not leave the appliance outdoors. Keep it in a dry place.
11. Do not use accessories that have not been recommended by the manufacturer, as
these could be dangerous to the user and risk damaging the appliance.
12. Never use the cable to move the appliance. Ensure the appliance is not pulled from
its surface by checking the power cord is not obstructing anything. Do not twist the
cord nor wrap it around the appliance.
13. Place the appliance on a stable, heat-resistant surface.
14. Allow your Quartet to cool down before cleaning or storing. After unplugging the
appliance, allow the cooking stone to cool for at least an hour before cleaning or
putting away.
15. Only cook foods suitable for cooking and ready for consumption.
16. This appliance is in direct contact with foodstuffs and must be kept clean at all times.
17. Keep the power cord and all other objects away from the appliance's hot surfaces.Do
not touch these hot surfaces, but use the plastic handles.
18. While you are using the appliance, ensure that the hot parts do not come into contact
with highly flammable materials such as curtains or tablecloths, as this might cause
a fire. Place a heat-resistant mat between your table and the appliance so that the
heated surface does not leave marks on your tablecloth or table.
19. Do not scratch the skillet's non-stick surface, as this could cause the surface to be
transferred onto your food. Use a traditional wood or a heat-resistant plastic spatula.
20. Unplug your appliance when you are not using it.
21. Oil and fat can cause flames if overheated. Be very careful.
22. Make sure you use this appliance in a well-ventilated room.
