Description
The ovens fitted with a fan heater at the rear enable to reheat food quickly and even to cook
bakery products, onion flans, pies... upon models.
FC 260-FC 340 : The oven permitting to reheat or cook food. Regulated thermostat
250°C.
FC 340 G : Same as FC 340 with grill (1500 W)
FC 340 TQ : Same as FC 340 G with bottom element (750 W)

Installation
Check the nature of the current before connecting the oven.
Your oven needs to be connected to a plug with earth terminal.
Do not place your oven near dampness or stream sources.
Do keep enough surrounding ventilation around your oven.
Cleaning
Before cleaning, turn your appliance off the mains and let it cool.
Do regularly clean the inside and outside walls with hot water, some washing-up liquid and a
non-abrasive sponge. Rinse out with a wet sponge.
Do never wash your oven under a running water as filtering might damage it.
To evacuate quickly the cooking condensate, always allow the oven to cool with the door
open.
