Ingredients:
•
2 slices white bread
•
1 medium tomato
•
2 tablespoons olive oil
•
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
•
1/4 cup shredded swiss cheese
•
4 slices of ham
•
Salt and oregano to taste
Steps:
•
Crush the tomatoes, add the oil, oregano and salt to taste. Mix together.
•
Spread the tomato mixture on both inner sides of the bread.
•
Place the mozzarella, swiss cheese and ham over tomato mixture.
•
Press inside the panini maker for a few minutes.
•
Remove using a wooden or plastic spatula and let cool for a few minutes.
•
Serve warm and enjoy!
