To handle an order we need the following information:

Type number of the machine as meant on the type plate.

Order number of the spare parts as meant on the spare part list or accessories-list.
9. GUARANTEE
9.1 Period
For the drilling support S-1802/S-1803, a guarantee period of 12 months applies from the moment of
deliver. Guarantee claims must be shown by submission of purchase invoice.
9.2 Contents
The guarantee includes the repair of defects which have occurred and can be linked by to material or
manufacturing faults.
Not covered by guarantee:

Defects or damages which have arisen due to incorrect use or connection.

Bad or false maintenance.

Information in the manual has not been properly followed.

The support is used by unqualified persons.

If the support is repaired with unoriginal parts.

The type plate is damaged or removed.

If defects are caused by fire, damp and/or transport.
9.3 Conditions
In most cases we kindly request you to return the support. Transport costs resulting from this are for
own account. Make sure the support is properly wrapped, to prevent damage.
