Location of main components

3. Water knob for introducing water in cooking compartment.
4. Gate valve for emptying water from cooking compartment.
5. Pilot light control.
6. Pipe for introducing water in cooking compartment.

Knobs, gate valves, buttons and indicator light modes and functions

The layout of the keys in the figures is purely indicative and can be subject to variations.
Burner regulation knob (GAS). It performs three different functions:
1. Igniting the pilot light and burner.
2. Adjusting the flame (minimum - maximum).
3. Turning the appliance off.
Piezoelectric button (GAS). It performs one function:
1. When pressed, it produces the spark to ignite pilot light.
Water filling knob (GAS/ELECTRIC). Functions:
1. Open water flow.
2. Close water flow.
Water drainage gate valve (GAS/ELECTRIC). Functions:
1. Gate valve for draining water from cooking compartment.
