B - Safety instructions
The Virax radiator lift is an appliance that may present certain dangers. It is therefore important that you
respect the following instructions to avoid injury or to avoid causing injury to others or lesions that may be
serious.
Before using the radiator lift, check the condition of the frame, the wheels, the winch and the cable. If any
of these elements appears unsatisfactory to you, carry out maintenance or contact the after sales
department.
Pay particular attention to the condition of the cable. Check it fully. It must not be pulled, twisted or folded.
If it is, replace it before using the appliance.
First determine the weight of the load you will be transporting. You must not overload the radiator lift. The
maximum capacity is 150 kg.
Do not extend the winch handle to increase the range.
When using the appliance, make sure that the support plate can support the radiator effectively before
moving it away from the wall and lock its position using the pivoting maintenance arm.
Make sure that the handles are locked in horizontal position.
Never slide underneath the radiator once it has been moved away from its support.
