Workbench
INTRODUCTION
• Read this instruction manual carefully before use and
save it for future reference 1
• Check whether the packaging contains all parts as
illustrated in drawing 3
• Only use the parts and accessories supplied; damage
due to the use of non-original parts and accessories will
be excluded from the warranty
• This workbench is not intended to be used for
clamping electrical power tools

SAFETY
• Ensure that the workbench stands on a fi rm and non-
slippery surface
• Never load the worktop with more than 200 kg 4
• Do not attempt to climb onto or stand on the
workbench 5
• Place heavy objects calmly on the workbench; do not
drop them 6
• Never load the up-clamping bars underneath the jaws
with more than 30 kg
• Never load the jaws with more than 30 kg when working
in angular position
• Do not place heavy objects on the edge to prevent the
workbench from turning over 7
• Before starting work, ensure that legs and struts are
fi rmly locked
• Before working in angular position, ensure that both
spring bolts M 3 are locked
• Before working in horizontal extended position, ensure
that both spring bolts M 3 are locked and both
extension locks P 3 are closed
• Before starting clamping, ensure that the teeth of
adjustable clamping jaw E 3 are fi rmly locked, so that
this jaw cannot be moved
• Never allow anyone who is not familiar with the safety
procedures for the workbench to work with it without
your supervision

• Keep children away from work area
• Store the workbench indoors in a dry and locked-up
place, out of reach of children
• In case of a defect, only use the workbench after it has
been repaired
USE
• Assembling workbench 8
- the sequence of the numbers appearing in the
drawing corresponds with the sequence of the steps
to be followed for assembling the workbench
! ensure that the workbench is in a stable position
by adjusting its legs properly with your feet and
subsequently lifting both levers Q
! firmly tighten all screws and nuts
- mount in-between clamping blocks G and worktop
clamping blocks H as illustrated
• Assembling and mounting extension frame 9
- the sequence of the numbers appearing in the
drawing corresponds with the sequence of the steps
to be followed for assembling and mounting the
extension frame
! firmly tighten all screws and nuts
• Storage support 0
When extension frame B is not needed, its guiding
rails C can be stored as illustrated
• Operating instructions !
- press both knobs D simultaneously to unlock
adjustable clamping jaw E
- adjust jaw E to the approximate size of the workpiece
- position the workpiece
- if necessary, position jaw E closer to workpiece by
using knobs D again
- clamp the workpiece by tightening both clamping
handles F clockwise
- for releasing the workpiece simply turn both
clamping handles counter-clockwise
• In-between clamping blocks @
- always use the in-between clamping blocks to
prevent the aluminium from damage
! ensure that the workpiece is securely clamped
• Worktop clamping blocks #
! ensure that the workpiece is securely clamped
• Up-clamping function $
- turn knobs K counter-clockwise/clockwise for
lowering/pulling up the up-clamping bars L
- always turn knobs K simultaneously, so that both
sides of the up-clamping bars will be lowered/pulled
up uniformly
! before starting work, ensure that the workpiece is
firmly clamped
! never load the up-clamping bars with more than
30 kg
• Mounting support bars %
- use knobs K for clamping support bars J
- fi rmly tighten the support bars at the front (near
handles F)
