READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS
When using electrical appliances, basic
safety precautions should always be fol-
lowed including the following:
1. This juicer is switched on by pressing the
fruit down onto the cone.
2. This unit is intended for household use
only.
3. Wash the removable parts immediately
after every use. This prevents fruit particles
from drying and hardening.
4. To protect against risk of electrical
shock, the motor casing and plug should
never be immersed in water or any other
liquid. Clean with a damp cloth. Wipe dry.
5. Close supervision is necessary when any
appliance is used by or near children.
6. Unplug the citrus juicer from the outlet
when not in use or before putting on or
taking off parts for cleaning.
7. Do not operate the citrus juicer if it has a
damaged electrical cord, a broken or
cracked motor casing or other part, or is
damaged in any manner. Return the citrus
juicer to the nearest authorized service
facility for examination, repair, electrical, or
mechanical adjustment.

POLARIZED PLUG
This appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other.) As a
safety feature, this plug fits in a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug
does not fit into the outlet, reverse the plug and try again. If it still does not
fit, contact a qualified electrician. Do not attempt to defeat this safety fea-
ture.
ELECTRICAL CORD
The cord of this appliance was selected to reduce the possibility of tangling
in or tripping over a longer cord. If more length is needed, use an extension
cord rated no less than 15 amperes. When using an extension cord, do not let
it drape over the working area or
dangle where someone could accidentally trip over it. Handle cord carefully
for longer life; avoid jerking or straining it at outlet and appliance connec-
tions.

this citrus juicer may cause fire, electrical

11. Do not plug into an electrical outlet that
does not have a UL plug (polarized) recep-
tacle. See below for further information on
polarized plugs.
12. Do not use the citrus juicer other than
its intended use.
13. Do not turn on the appliance for peri-
ods in excess of 10 minutes.
14. If unit stop moving for any reasons,
immediately unplug unit from wall. Check
juicing assembly for clogs, clear clog and
resume juicing.
15. Avoid contacting moving parts.
16. If the supply cord is damaged, it must
be replaced by the manufacturer or its
service agent or a similarly qualified person
in order to avoid any hazard.
