INSTALLATION
LED Module Replacement
The LED Mechanism must be removed or placed aside
in order to gain access to the driver.
1. Remove the optical element (trim) and LED
reflector. Refer to LED Reflector Installation.
2. Remove two M3 screws holding the white
Reflector Retention Ring (Figure 1.). Use a
Torx-head T-10 screwdriver.
The Reflector Retention Ring is designed to

prevent the wiring connector from
unintentionally disconnecting. It must be
removed in order to disconnect the LED Module
wiring connector.
3. Remove the Reflector Retention Ring.
4. Disconnect the LED Module wiring connector
(Figure 2.).
5. Remove and replace the LED Module. The LED
Module has a thermal pad under it. To ensure
proper heat dissipation a new thermal pad must
be installed when the LED Module is reinstalled or
replaced. (provided).
6. Reinstall the LED Module by placing into position
on the heat sink surface, reconnecting the wire
harness, installing the Reflector Retention Ring
over the LED Module and refastening the two
screws. Torque should be 3.5 in-lbs.
