PORTABLE PRESSURE
SPRAYER
NOTE: Verify all parts are present before
beginning assembly.
1.
Be sure to place o-ring on non-threaded end of
wand. (See Figure 1)
2. Insert non-threaded end of wand into o-ring into
open end of shut-off valve.
3. Tighten screw cap.

1. Turn pump handle counterclockwise to remove pump. (See Figure 2)
2. Fill tank with premixed formula to desired level. (Do not exceed maximum
fill mark.) Observe recommendations of chemical manufacturer.
3. Tighten cap and pump assembly for a good seal.
4. Pump to a maximum 45 psi or 3 bar pressure. Valve stem on pressure
relief valve will rise to vent excess pressure over 45 psi.
5. Start or stop spraying by squeezing or releasing lever on shut-off valve (3).
6. Prior to every removal of pump (1), release pressure first by pulling up on
pressure relief valve stem (2).
