ISTRUZIONI PER L' USO DELLE TAGLIAPIASTRELLE
MACCHINE PER TAGLIARE PIASTRELLE DI:

SISTEMA DI INCISIONE A TRAZIONE: lmpugnatura a trazione per tagli veloci.
SISTEMA DI INCISIONE A SPINTA: consente incisioni profonde su materiali di grosso spessore.
SISTEMA DI INCISIONE A SPINTA MAX+KLICK-KLOCK: consente facilmente incisioni profonde su materiali di grosso spessore anche con super-
ficie in rilievo.
INCISIONE (per particolari tipi di piastrelle in gres porcellanato difficili da tagliare):
Ripetere l'incisione passando e ripassando sulla stessa linea di taglio 4 o + volte.
Si arriverà a notare che il rumore dell'incisione passa da una tonalità tipica di una incisione su smalto, a una tonalità tipica di incisione su cotto.
Ricordiamo che è molto importante:
(1 curare con attenzione che le ripetute incisioni arrivino sia sul bordo iniziale che finale della piastrella in special modo nei primi e ultimi 10
centimetri della linea incisa).
(2 che la piastrella non venga mossa durante le incisioni, a tale scopo è consigliabile l'uso della squadretta.)
ROTTURA : Appoggiare i piedi dell'impugnatura. sulla piastrella alla distanza di cm. 1,5 dal bordo, quindi colpire con decisione sull'impugnatura
fino ad ottenerne il sezionamento. Nei modelli sprovvisti di registro di spessore è consigliabile dosare il colpo sull'impugnatura affinché non affondi
troppo in fase di rottura. Volendo ottenere parti sottili delle piastrelle è consigliabile tagliare prima una parte doppia da dividere successivamente
a metà (es. tagliare cm. 3 per ottenere due pezzi da cm. 1,5).
Se in fase di rottura la piastrella non si divide perfettamente , capovolgerla , inciderla e romperla da sotto
MANUTENZIONE: Mantenere la guida d'acciaio ben pulita. Periodicamente oliare: la guida d'acciaio , la rotella di incisione con un lubrificante
fluido (consigliato WD-40); e se necessario stringere l'apposita vite (A) per eliminare eventuali giochi laterali. Si noterà nel tempo una diminuzione
della precisione di taglio, tale difetto sarà dovuto all'usura dell'impugnatura. è possibile un parziale recupero dell'usura, stringendo le viti (B) oppure
sostituire l'impugnatura.
GARANZIA 5 ANNI: La garanzia copre tutti i difetti di fabbricazione, ad eccezione di trasporto e spese di spedizione. Sono esclusi guasti dovuti ad
un uso scorretto delle macchine, sovraccarico, da un uso non con forme alle istruzioni o dal normale consumo. Riparazioni effettuate da personale
non addetto comportano un'automatica perdita della garanzia. Per ogni reclamo è assolutamente necessario munirsi di fotocopia del documento di
acquisto. Ogni eventuale reso per la sostituzione deve essere prima autorizzato dalla casa.

TILE CUTTER - INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
TILE CUTTERS, SUITABLE FOR THE CUTTING OF:
DOUBLE-FIRED, SINGLE-FIRED, GRES, KLINKER, FLORENTINE TERRA-COTTA, THIN MARBLE.
PULLING CUTTING SYSTEM : FOR maximun speed and precision.
PUSHING CUTTING SYSTEM: extremely easy and intuitive to thick materials too.
PUSHING CUTTING SYSTEM - MAX+KLICK KLOCK: extremely strong, allows particularly thick, difficult and with irregular material surface to be
easily CUTTED.
INCISION (only for particular types of floor tiles in gres porcellanato difficult to cut).
Repeat the INCISION passing along the entire cut length 4 or + times. YOU will note that the sound made by scoring passes FROM the typical
sound of scoring on glazed tiles to that of scoring on terracotta.
We remind you that the following points are very important:
the cutting line, especially in the first and last 10 cm of the engraved line.

SPLITTING THE TILE. Place the handle's feet on the tile 1,5 cm from the edge and apply pressure firmly until the tile splits. For models without
thickness adjustment it is advisable to gradually apply pressure to the handle so as to avoid scoring too deeply in the splitting phase. To obtain
narrow tile sections it is advisable to first cut a section that is double the required width, and then cut it in half (i.e. cut a 3-cm section to then be
divided into two 1.5-cm sections).
If the tile is particolar and it is not divided perfectly, turn UPSIDE DOWN the tile and make cutting and splitting in the back.
MAINTENANCE
Keep the steel guide rod clean. Oil the parts in motion with a liquid lubrificant (WD -40 recommended) periodically and
tighten the screw (A) if there is too much lateral clearance. After a certain period of use cuts will become less precise. On the models with new
handle,
wear can be partially recovered by tightening screw (B) . Else due to the wear of the lever grip.
60-MONTH WARRANTY:
the warranty covers all production faults, but does not include transport and shipping costs. Not covered by
the guarantee are damage caused by: undue usage, overloading, non compliance with instructions for use and normal wear and tear. Handling
by personnel without our official service shall result in loss of guarantee. This document must be send with photocopy of purchasing document
Any eventual return for replacement or repair must receive prior authorisation from the company.

SYSTÈME TRAÎNANT DE DÉCOUPAGE : De la vitesse et de la précision de maximun.
POUSSÉE DU SYSTÈME DE DÉCOUPAGE : extrêmement facile et intuitif aux matériaux épais aussi.
POUSSANT LE SYSTÈME DE DÉCOUPAGE -MAX+ KLICK KLOCK : extrêmement fort, laisse particulièrement profondément, difficile et avec la
surface du matériau irregolar à être facilement de couper.
INCISION (seulement pour les types particuliers de tuiles de gres porcellanato difficile à couper):
Répéter la coupe en passant et repassant au moins 4 fois sur la même ligne de coupe.
Vous finirez par remarquer que le bruit de la coupe passe d'une typique tonalité de coupe sur émail à une typique tonalité de coupe sur terre cuite.
Nous vous rappelons qu'il est très important de: 1) veiller que les coupes répétées soient pratiquées tant sur le bord initial que sur le bord final
du carreau, en particulier dans les premiers et derniers 10 cm de la ligne gravée.
l'usage de l'équerre est vivement conseillé.
CASSURE.
Placer les pieds du manche sur le carreau, à une distance de 1,5 cm du bord et appuyer fortement sur le manche jusqu'à obtenir
la rupture du carreau. Pour les modèles sans réglage d'épaisseur, il est conseillé de doser la pression sur le manche afin qu'il ne s'enfonce pas trop
en phase de rupture. Si vous désirez obtenir des morceaux de carreaux de petites dimensions, il est conseillé de couper d'abord une partie double
puis de la diviser ensuite en deux. (par ex. couper 3 cm pour obtenir deux morceaux de 1,5 cm.)
Si la tuile est particolar et elle n'est pas divisée parfaitement, retournez la tuile et faites le découpage et se dédoubler dans le
dos.
MAINTENANCE
Le guide d'acier doit toujours être bien nettoyé. Huiler périodiquement le guide d'acier , la molette d'incision avec un lubri-
ficant fluide (WD-40 Conseillé) et serrer, si nécessaire, la vis spéciale (A) pour éliminer tout jeu latéral éventuel. A l-ongueur de temps, on pourra
remarquer une diminution de la précision dans la coupe; ce défaut est dû à l'usure de la poignée. Sur les modéles munis d'une nouveau poignée,
on peut récuperer partiellement l'usure, en serrant la vis (B).
GARANTIE 60 MOIS .
Le garantie couvre tout défaut de fabrication ou de montage. Mais non pas le de placement ni les frais d'envoi. Ne
son pas garanties les defaillances dues a une mauvaise utilisation, a une surchege au non respect de mode d'emploi, et a une usure a-normale. La
manipulation par toute personne non agrée par notre service officiel provoque la perte de la garantie. Pour toute reclamation, il est indispensable
de présenter ce document et photocopie du document d'acquisition.- Le remplacement ou la réparation de pièces doit être autorisé par la maison.

RITZSYSTEM ZUM ZIEHEN: mit dem Griff zum Ziehen erfolgt das Schneiden besonders schnell.
RITZSYSTEM ZUM SCHIEBEN: damit können dicke Werkstoffe besonders tief eingeritzt werden.
RITZSYSTEM ZUM SCHIEBEN MAX+KLICK-KLOCK: damit ist das einfache, tiefe Ritzen von dicken Werkstoffen auch mit hervorstehendem Relief möglich.
RITZEN: (für besondere, schwer zu schneidende Fliesen aus Feinsteinzeug)
Das Ritzen wiederholen indem Sie 4 Mal oder auch mehr entlang der selben Schnittlinie einritzen.
Sie werden merken wie sich das Geräusch beim Ritzen verändert und vom typischen Geräusch das beim Glasur-Ritzen entsteht auf das typische Geräusch übergeht
das beim Ritzen von Ton zu hören ist. Wir erinnern Sie daran dass folgende Punkte sehr wichtig sind:
(1 Behandlung mit Sorgfalt, die Schnitte wiederholt kommen sowohl auf die Vorderkante des Endes der Fliese vor allem in den ersten und letzten 10 cm der
gravierten Linie).
(2 stellen Sie sicher dass die Fliese beim Ritzen nicht bewegt wird; verwenden Sie deswegen ein Winkeldreieck).
BRECHEN: Setzen Sie die Füße des Griffs auf die Fliese, in einem Abstand von 1,5 cm von der Kante entfernt und schlagen Sie dann kräftig auf den griff um das
Brechen zu erzielen. In den Ausführungen die nicht mit einem Distanzhalter ausgestattet sind, ist es ratsam den Schlag weniger stark auszuführen damit beim
Brechen nicht zu tief in das Material eingedrungen wird. Sollen schmale Fliesenteile hergestellt werden, ist es ratsam erst ein doppelt so großes Teil zu schneiden
das dann in die Hälfte geschnitten wird (z.B.: 3 cm schneiden um daraus 2 Stücke zu je 1,5 cm zu erhalten).
Sollte sich die Fliese beim Brechen nicht perfekt teilen lassen, die Fliese umdrehen und auf der Rückseite ritzen und brechen
WARTUNG: Die Stahlführung stets gut sauber halten. Regelmäßiges Schmieren: die Stahlführung und das Rädchen zum Ritzen mit einem flüssigen Schmiermittel
einfetten (wir empfehlen WD-40); falls erforderlich die Schraube (A) anziehen um ein etwaiges seitliches Spiel zu vermeiden. Im Laufe der Zeit wird der Schnitt weni-
ger präzise sein; das liegt daran dass sich der Griff abnutzt und kann zum Teil durch Anziehen der Schrauben (B) ausgeglichen werden. Andernfalls den Griff ersetzen.
5 JAHRE GARANTIE: Die Garantie deckt sämtliche Fabrikationsfehler ab, ausgenommen Transport und Versandkosten. Ausgenommen sind Defekte die auf eine
unsachgemäße Anwendung oder auf eine Überlastung, oder die auf eine Anwendung zurückzuführen sind die nicht in der Bedienungsanleitung beschrieben sind
oder die einfach durch den normalen Gebrauch entstehen. Reparaturen die durch nicht zugelassenes Personal erfolgen, bedingen den sofortigen Verfall der Garantie.
Bei jeder Beanstandung ist das Vorlegen einer Fotokopie des Kaufbeleges unabdingbar notwendig. Jedes Teil das eingeschickt wird um ausgewechselt zu werden,
muss im Voraus von der Firma genehmigt werden.
