7. Connect the single pin connector with the black wire to
its mate located along the factory harness on driver side of
the vehicle.
8. Locate an appropriate position on the vehicle frame to
attach the White wire containing the ground ring. Drill a
3/32" hole and attach the T-Connectors White wire with the
ring terminal to the vehicle using the #10 screw provided.
Caution: Do not drill into any exposed surfaces or
through the vehicle body.
9. Install 20 Amp fuse in the fuse box located next to the
battery consult the fuse box cover for fuse location 20-AT
Tow Lamp
10. Mount the T-Connector black converter box using
double sided tape provided. Secure the remainder of the
T-Connector harness with the cable ties provided. To prevent
damage or rattling.
11. Confirm correct operation with a test light or by using a
trailer.
Note: Route 4-flat between the grates in the driver's
side trim panel into the utility area for storage when
not in use.
12. Replace the trim panels to the original positions and
reattach the threshold.
