Overview
This product has been designed to remove excess moisture from areas up to
2400 cubic feet. The Edv-2400 is a perfect solution for bathrooms, closets,
boats, RVs and many other applications that may be experiencing the damaging
effects of excess humidity. This product features an advanced humidistat
function for additional comfort and allows for a totally customizable solution.
Safety precautions:
Only use in the upright position.
Ensure at least 12 inches of clearance around the unit.
Keep out of reach of children.
Do not modify or tamper with the unit. Doing so will void the warranty.
Recommended maintenance:
Always ensure the unit is powered off and unplugged before preforming any
maintenance.
Use a soft cloth to wipe any debris of exterior of unit.
Keep all air vents free of debris
It is common for dust to build up in the air vents. Use a soft bristle brush or
compressed air to remove dust and debris from vents.
Once per month or as needed, use a 1 to 1 vinegar or bleach solution to clean the
water reservoir.
Directions for use:
1.Remove all contents from packaging.
2.Plug the power adapter into the unit, then into wall outlet.
3.Press On/Off button, green light will illuminate. Unit will turn on.
4.To adjust the fan speed press and hold On/Off button for 2 seconds.
5.To set RH level press up or down on the RH key pad. Adjustments are in incre
ments of 5% and can be adjusted from 40%-80% RH.
6.To attach drain hose, remove soft plug from water reservoir and push hose on to
the fitting. DO NOT DISCARD THE SOFT PLUG, you will need this if you wish to not
use the drain hose in the future.
7.When water reservoir is full the unit will automatically turn off and full indicator
will illuminate. Turn off unit before emptying water reservoir.
8.Remove water reservoir and lid to pour out collect water.
9.Replace lid and return reservoir to the unit and press the On/Off power button to
turn back on.
