To reset the combination:
The factory setting for opening the lock is 0-0-0-0. You can change
the combination for opening the lock by following these steps:
1. Set the numbers to 0-0-0-0.
2. Press and hold the RESET BUTTON and push the CABLE HEAD
down.
3. Set the desired combination.
4. Push the CABLE TRIGGER down and pull out the CABLE HEAD . Your
personal combination is now valid.
To lock:
1. Set the correct combination for opening.
2. Push the CABLE TRIGGER and pull out the cable to the desired
length.
3. Insert the CABLE HEAD into the LOCKING PORT and then alter the
combination.
To open:
1. Set the correct combination for opening.
2. Push the release button to eject the cable head.
3. Press the CABLE TRIGGER to draw back the cable.
Important:
The cable return mechanism is spring-loaded. Please
note that the cable may whip when ejected.
If you are not using your motorcycle as the fastening object, look for
a suitable object to which you would like to fasten your helmet or
sports equipment etc. The object should not be moveable. Pull the
cable out as described above and connect the object you wish to
safeguard to a suitable immovable object. Then lock the cable lock
as described and alter the combination.
