Addendum – Australian Consumer Law – Warranty against defects
Milestone AV Technologies Australia Pty Ltd warrants its Milestone/VuePoint products to be
free of defects in material and workmanship for the product's Warranty Period. The Warranty
Period commences on the original purchase date of the product.
The Milestone/VuePoint Warranty Period is:
Five (5) years for metal video monitor mounts. Three (3) years for plastic speaker mounts; all
speaker stands; all furniture; and all wood (MDF) accessories.
For the avoidance of doubt, in order for you to be entitled to claim under this Warranty, you
must lodge your claim within the relevant period specifi ed above.
