• To buy a new cartridge, please contact the nearest customer service.
• Never use the appliance without anti-scale cartridge!
CLEANING
• The plastic parts of the appliance can be cleaned with a damp cloth.
• To clean the soleplate of the iron, you will find specific products in the shops. Please also
read the instructions of use. Never use abrasive products to clean it.
• Never immerse the appliance in water or any other liquid.

the I/B. Don't change the page numbering. Keep the
language integrity.

Solution
Unplug and replug to the
mains
Lay the handle down
Select the desired
temperature setting
Take the appliance to a
qualified technician for
examination and repair

Fill water into the water tank
Install the cartridge correctly
Slide the water tank into the
base until you hear a click
Unplug, let cool down and
restart the appliance; if it still
does not function, take it to a
qualified technician for repair
