tutti i componenti risultino puliti e in
perfetto stato. Adottare tutte le precauzioni
necessarie per evitare di danneggiare
qualsiasi parte nella quale ci si trova ad
operare.
Ruotare la bielletta (I) di 180° rispetto la
posizione originale e inserirla nel millerighe
(L) facendo combaciare la tacca (I1) sulla
bielletta rispetto il riferimento (L1) sul
millerighe; Portare la bielletta a battuta sul
millerighe fino a quando non si riesce ad
avvitare la vite (H) sul millerighe (L). Avvitare
e serrare la vite (H). Inserire la vite (F) nello
I1
snodo sferico della cella di carico dell'asta
L1
cambio (1) e dal lato opposto montare sul
filetto la rosetta (2); Applicare frenafiletti
(Loctite 243) sul filetto della vite (F) e
avvitarla sulla bielletta (I) serrando alla
coppia di 15Nm fissando asta (1) e rosetta
(2). Inserire la vite (D) nello snodo sferico

dell'uniball dell'asta cambio (1) e dal lato
opposto applicare frenafiletti (Loctite 243)
sul filetto e avvitare la vite sulla leva cambio
del gruppo pedana sinistra (A) serrando alla
D
coppia di 15Nm. Procedere al rimontaggio
del gruppo pedana sinistra (A) sul supporto
(B) come indicato al capitolo "Rimontaggio
piastre porta pedana anteriori".

Adopt any precaution necessary to avoid
damages to any part of the motorcycle you
are working on.
Turn connecting rod (I) by 180° from its
original position and insert it on the spline
(L) having care to match connecting rod
notch (I1) with the spline reference mark
(L1). Press the connecting rod fully home
and install screw (H) on the spline(L). Start
and tighten screw (H). Insert screw (F) in
the ball joint of the shift rod (1) load cell and,
working on the opposite side, install washer
(2) on the thread. Apply threadlocker
(Loctite 243) on screw (F) thread and
tighten it on connecting rod (I) to 15 Nm to
fix rod (1) and washer (2). Insert screw (D) in
the ball joint of the shift rod (1) uniball and,
working on the opposite side, apply
threadlocker (Loctite 243) on the thread and
tighten the screw on the LH footpeg
assembly (A) shift lever to 15 Nm.
Reassemble the LH footpeg assembly (A)
on support (B) as described in section
"Reassembling the front footpeg holder
plates".
