1. Power Switch – Turns the detector on and off. Press once to turn

on. Press and hold for one second to turn off.

2. Audio Switch – Selects the audio level. Press to select loud, soft or

3. Accuracy Switch – Selects the detection accuracy. Press to select

fine, medium or coarse setting.

4. LED's – Press the Audio and Accuracy switches at the same time to

turn the LED's on and off. Five channel indication:

• High – Red, solid or flashing

• On-grade – Green
• Low – Blue, solid or flashing
5. LCD Window – Front and rear LCD arrow displays indicate the
detector's position.
6. Laser Reception Window – Detects the laser beam. The reception
window must be directed towards the laser.
7. Audio Speaker – Indicates the detector's position.
• High – Fast beeping
• On-grade – Solid tone
• Low – Slow beeping
8. Tab slot – Locks detector clamp in place.
9. Offset Notch – Use to transfer reference marks. The notch is 50 mm
(2") below to top of the detector.
10. Bracket Slots – Mounting slots for the detector bracket.
11. Product Labels – Serial number and information.
12. Battery Door – Holds two "AA" alkaline batteries. New batteries
must be installed in the positions noted inside the battery compart-
ment.
